If the user is new to oracle jobs USA then he need to register himself with this site and make use of the services like finding the jobs and making his resume being searchable to thousands of vendors and Clients.

Question How to change my Contact Information?

Path:

Job Seekers>My Resume>Resume Statistics>Resume Management>Change

User can change his contact information and other information by going through this path. This section allows him to change all his information pertaining to contact, skills, education, Resume etc.

Step 1:

 User should reach the change link as given in the path.

Step 2:

Select the resume in which you want to change or edit.

Step 3:

Modify the changes and save resume.
By doing these steps User is able to change the information of his resume.

Question How to change my Password?

Path:

Job Seekers>Change Password

Old Password:

User should fill in the old password

New Password:

User Should type in the new password given in the text box and confirm the new password by retyping the password given in the text box of confirm password

Cancel

Cancel ignores everything and doesn't change the password

Done

Done change the password to the new password. Now onwards user must use the new password as his login password.

Question What if I forget my Password?

Path:

Job Seekers>Forget Password

 If the user has forgot his password then he can enter his email id and get his new password. The new password will be mailed on to his email ID within 15-20 mins.

User should try to memorise his password so that no body has access to his email id and password.

How to create a new Job Search Agent?

Path:

Job Seekers>Make Agent OR Job Seekers>My Resume>Create Resume
Step 1: User is asked to name the agent he wants to make
Step 2: User has to enter the details or the criteria of search to make the agent
Step 3: Click on the make agent if you want to make the agent 
User will start receiving the mails within 24 hour and every 24 hours for the agent he has  made.

How to change/delete my profile?

Path:

Job Seeker>My Resume or Job Seeker>My Resume>Edit
Step 1: User has to select the name of resume from the list of resume as the user can make upto 5 resumes.
Step 2: Once he elects the resume , he is asked with the option of change or delete.
Step 3: Then he is taken to the page where he can select the particular section which he wants to edit for e.g. skills, Education etc. and then he is asked to click on edit button.
Step 4:

If the user wants to delete then he can select the resume and click delete button to delete the resume.
User should save the information to make his changes visible in the resume.

Job Seeker>Agent or Job Seeker>My Resume>Edit Agent
Step 1: User has to select the name of agent from the list of Agents as the user can make upto 5 agents.
Step 2: Once he selects the agent , he is asked with the option of change or delete.
Step 3: Then he is taken to the page where he can select the things to edit and make the changes..
Step 4:

If the user wants to delete then he can select the agent and click delete button to delete the agent
User should save the information to make his changes visible in the resume.

How long will it take my resume to reach the Web site?

Once user posts his resume his resume will be visible within 3 hrs of his posting done on the site. This is the maximum time which will be taken to make its status active.

How to search for the requirement?

Path:

Job Seekers>Search Jobs OR Job Seekers>My Home> Quick Search
This section allows the user to search the jobs matching a particular criteria and specifications.
Step 1: Enter Keywords for job search 
Step 2: Enter location , Work Authorization and the days back to search in the form.
Step 3: Click on search to filter the requirements matching your specifications.
User is allowed with a combination of and or and !Not option to search the requirements,

How to apply for a given requirement?   

After the user has selected the requirement for which he wish to apply. There is a option at the bottom of the page "click here to apply".
Click on that option and then there is a message being asked to attach your resume and the person to whom you want to send that requirement.
Just attach the resume and email id and click on send button
You have applied for the job.

There is a Edit option in front of every requirement.
As soon as the user clicks on it the requirement is opened and the user can edit the requirement. 

User is then taken to the job posting step 2, from where he can activate the requriement.

How to post a new job?

Path:

Employer Login>Post Jobs

User is take to the step 1 to post a job. HE is asked to fill all the specifications of the requirement.
User is then taken to step 2 where he is able to see the full requirement details and how it will appear to the job seeker.
If he clicks on post, the job is posted.

How to reactivate an inactive job?

Employer Login>Job history

User sees the listing of all the jobs Active and Inactive.
User selects the checkbox of the requirement which he wants to Reactivate.
There is an option of repost/activate  button at the bottom of the page.
As soon as the user clicks on it, the requirement is Activated again.

This section allows the user to search the resumes matching a particular criteria and specifications.
Step 1: Enter Keywords for resume search 
Step 2: Enter location , Work Authorization, Employment type  and the days back to search in the form.
Step 3: Click on search to filter the requirements matching your specifications.
User is allowed with a combination of and or and !Not option to search the requirements,

User is able to see the list of resumes matching the specifications.

Click on the resume name to see the full resume.
